Hello and welcome!

I work virtually with children, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, neurodivergence, trauma, PTSD and life transitions. I am passionate about supporting my clients in growing and flourishing even in the midst of their brokenness. I am a firm believer that you are never too far away from your healing and there are seeds planted in your heart that are waiting to grow to fruition!

About Anna Ekblad, MA, LMHCA

I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2023, where I specialized in trauma and sexual abuse. As a psychotherapist I am trained in psychoanalytic, psychodynamic and theories and I use a multicultural, eclectic approach with my clients (drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities). I am experienced in counseling children, youth and teenagers and am passionate about helping them find a voice and build relational skills and healthy self-soothing tools to address various issues.

I believe in the power of telling your story and making sense of how your early relationships have formed and shaped you into who you are today. Every client is different so therefore, I tailor the therapeutic experience to your particularities and needs. I believe in the power of the counseling relationship. It is the catalyst to a client’s growth and healing.
